Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to an Authentic Mystery Kit plan, you'll receive repeat deliveries of hand-curated, brand-new-with-tags football jerseys based on the frequency and tier you selected at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery cycle, unless you opted to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term — if you don't wish to renew, simply cancel before your next billing date.

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation email, or you can log in to your customer account and navigate to the Subscriptions section. Cancellations take effect immediately — billing and delivery will stop, and the cancellation cannot be undone. If you wish to resubscribe, you'll need to place a new order.
