REFUND POLICY

At Authentic Mystery Kit, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, transparent, and fair in accordance with consumer regulations.

 

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a standard return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorised Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

3. Damages, Defective Items, and Incorrect Orders (VAR Review)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong size, please contact us right away at info@authenticmysterykits.com. We will evaluate the issue immediately and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

4. Mystery Kit Conditions

Because our products are sold as an "Authentic Mystery Kit" experience, the specific team, league, or colourway of the jersey is randomized. However, your purchase is fully protected: if you are unsatisfied with the team or colours you receive, you may return the item for a refund or exchange within our standard 30-day window, provided the jersey remains completely unworn, unused, and has all original tags attached.

  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on gift cards or clearance sale items labelled as non-returnable at checkout.

 

5. Product Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers residing within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Our standard 30-day return policy exceeds this legal requirement, ensuring all EU fans are fully covered. All returned items must still meet our standard return conditions (unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging).

 

7. Processing Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@authenticmysterykits.com.

 

8. Subscription Membership Terms

  • Rolling Subscriptions: Monthly recurring subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time directly through your customer account dashboard before your next billing date. No cancellation fees apply.

Annual Memberships: Annual upfront memberships can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date by emailing info@authenticmysterykits.com. Once the annual subscription period has actively commenced past 14 days, the upfront fee is non-refundable. Individual items dispatched within a subscription plan remain subject to the standard 30-day return conditions outlined above.
