At Authentic Mystery Kit Limited, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Our return, refund, and cancellation policy is designed to be clear, transparent, and fair in strict accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a standard return. To be eligible for a return, your mystery jersey must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original manufacturer retail tags attached, and in its pristine original packaging. You must also provide the digital order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are solely responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly advise using a tracked delivery method, as Authentic Mystery Kit Limited cannot issue refunds for return shipments that are lost in transit by your courier.
• Please Note: Unidentified packages sent back without logging a return request via email first cannot be successfully tracked and may delay your refund processing window.
  

3. Damages, Defective Items, and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you accidentally receive the incorrect size relative to your order confirmation, please contact us right away at info@authenticmysterykits.com with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue. We will evaluate the damage immediately to arrange for an automated replacement kit or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Mystery Kit Conditions

Because our products are sold explicitly as an "Authentic Mystery Kit" experience, the specific team, league, or colourway of the jersey is randomized. However, your purchase is fully protected: if you are genuinely unsatisfied with the team or colours you receive, you may return the item for a full product refund or exchange within our standard 30-day window, provided the jersey remains completely unworn, unused, and has all original official manufacturer tags attached.

• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on digital gift cards or clearance sale items explicitly labelled as non-returnable at checkout.

5. Product Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is received, inspected, and accepted at our facility, you can simply place a separate new purchase for the correct size on our online store.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers residing within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your online order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Our standard 30-day return policy exceeds this legal requirement, ensuring all EU fans are fully covered. All returned items under the cooling-off period must still meet our standard return criteria (unworn, unused, with original manufacturer tags, and in original packaging).

7. Processing Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item at our facility. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us immediately at info@authenticmysterykits.com.

8. Subscription Membership Terms

• Rolling Subscriptions: Monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly recurring mystery kit subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time directly through your customer account dashboard before your next billing date. No minimum terms, sign-up fees, or cancellation penalties apply.
• Annual Memberships: Annual upfront memberships can be cancelled at any time by emailing info@authenticmysterykits.com. If you choose to cancel your annual plan early, you are fully entitled to a pro-rata refund for any remaining, unsent kit cycles left on your standard term.
• Item Conditions: Individual mystery kits dispatched within any active subscription or annual plan remain fully subject to the standard 30-day return conditions outlined above.
