THE CLUB RULES: REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Authentic Mystery Kit, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your new signing. However, like any world-class club, we have certain rules to ensure the game is played fairly.

1. THE 14-DAY TRANSFER WINDOW

You have 14 days after receiving your kit to request a return. Once this window closes, the squad is locked in.

To be eligible for a return (a "Successful Appeal"), your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn and unused).
  • Still sporting its original tags.
  • In its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. REFEREE’S DECISION (RETURNS PROCESS)

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to the stadium without first requesting a return will be "Sent Off" (not accepted).
  • Return Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. VAR REVIEW (DAMAGES & ISSUES)

Please inspect your kit the moment it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if we accidentally sent the wrong size, contact us immediately. We will perform a VAR Review to evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. THE "MYSTERY" CLAUSE (NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS)

As this is an Authentic Mystery Kit experience, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on the team, league, or colours received. The excitement of the "Mystery" is part of the contract!

  • Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or kits where the "Dodge Your Rivals" instructions were not followed by the customer during checkout.

5. SQUAD SUBSTITUTIONS (EXCHANGES)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for your new kit.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

For our fans in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The "Match Fit" rules still apply: the kit must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

7. FULL-TIME WHISTLE (REFUNDS)

We will notify you once we’ve scouted and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen the funds, please contact the dugout at info@authenticmysterykits.com.
