At Authentic Mystery Kit, we know you're eager to get your new colours. Whether you're a "Match Day Starter," a member of "The Boardroom," or gearing up with a "Squad Pack Formation," we ensure your kit is scouted, packed, and dispatched with precision.

1. Order Processing Times

Every kit is hand-selected based on your specific "Scouting Report" (preferences).

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Subscription Cycles: "Boardroom" subscriptions are dispatched on the [Insert Date, e.g., 15th] of every month.
  • Note: We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship all kits in lightweight, secure packaging (approx. 0.4kg) to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. We primarily use FedEx for reliable, trackable delivery.

3. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

We ship our authentic kits to over 190 countries via FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP).

  • Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Authentic Mystery Kit is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that FedEx services, including FICP, cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

5. Returns, Labelling, and Damages

If your kit arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact our "Coaching Staff" immediately at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
