At Authentic Mystery Kit, we offer reliable tracked delivery across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and selected international destinations. All orders are processed and dispatched with precision from our fulfilment facility in Co. Meath, Ireland.

 

1. Order Processing and Transit Timeframe
To determine exactly when your order will arrive, combine our standard warehouse processing time with the delivery transit time for your region.
  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT / Irish Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are securely prepared and handed over to our tracked courier partners within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Subscription Dispatches: "Boardroom" monthly subscriptions are processed and dispatched on the same calendar date each month as your original sign-up date.
  • Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. International Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the European Union, your shipment may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including local VAT/sales tax) upon reaching your destination country.
  • All additional customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Authentic Mystery Kit Limited has no control over these regional charges and cannot predict their exact amounts.
  • Tracking Notification: As soon as your order leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking link will be sent to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for active tracking updates to appear.

 

4. Address Limitations
Our delivery partner networks cannot successfully deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a complete physical street address during the checkout process to guarantee successful shipping.

 

5. Damaged Shipments and Product Inquiries
If your delivery arrives physically damaged, please contact our support team immediately at info@authenticmysterykits.com with your unique order number and clear photographic proof of the item's condition. We evaluate transit damages immediately to organize replacement shipments.
